The Client: The company or individual requesting the services of A1 Digital Point .
A1 Digital Point : Provider of search engine optimisation (SEO), pay per click (PPC), other marketing, website hosting and web design services.
A1 Digital Point will carry out work only where an agreement is provided either by email, telephone, mail or fax. An ‘order’ is deemed to be a written or verbal contract between A1 Digital Point and the client, this includes telephone and email agreements.

Whilst every endeavor will be made to ensure that the Clients website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, A1 Digital Point cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction of the website or any part of it.
Websites, graphics and any programming code remain the property of A1 Digital Point until all outstanding accounts are paid in full.
Any scripts, applications, articles or software unless specifically agreed written by A1 Digital Point remain the copyright of A1 Digital Point and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of A1 Digital Point .
A1 Digital Point cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. A1 Digital Point reserves the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.
The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to A1 Digital Point all materials, passwords, log-ins and any other information required to complete the SEO, PPC or any other campaign or web design project to the agreed standard and within any pre-agreed set deadlines.
A1 Digital Point will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings or income due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines, goals or targets.
A1 Digital Point will not be liable or become involved in any disputes between the site owner and their clients and cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of a site owner.
A1 Digital Point will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the work carried out on behalf of the client or any of the clients appointed agents.
A1 Digital Point will not be liable for the cost of paid clicks, website traffic or payments due to Google or Facebook or any other advertising provider for pay per click advertising campaigns.
A1 Digital Point will not be liable for any content added to the site, or any other content, comments, reviews, articles or press releases published anywhere online, in particular clients should ensure any content written by A1 Digital Point and published online meets with their approval and must notify A1 Digital Point within seven days of publication if any such content needs to be amended or removed.
A1 Digital Point shall not be responsible for URLs dropped in rank on any search engine, excluded or otherwise penalised by a search engine for any reason, websites can go down as well as up in search results.
A1 Digital Point cannot guarantee that increased rankings in search engines will result in more enquiries or more new business.
